The Carpathians. A mighty mountain range of 1500 km, its part crosses Romania and forms the highest and impressive mountain chain in the country. In the Transylvanian region, the Carpathians are a focal point of attraction for nature and hiking enthusiasts, from relaxed hiking trails to extreme trekking. The vast ridge provides diverse landscape attractions, from huge forests to exposed and impressive alpine scenery, breathtaking vantage points, lakes, caves and impressive canyons. During the trek, we will stay in a luxurious hotel in the heart of the Carpathians, in a town located at 1060 m above sea level, the highest inhabited place in Romania.

the trip plan

Day 1: Pickup from Bucharest and travel to our hotel in Sinaia, an excellent spa hotel which is located at an altitude of about 800 m. After A. A light lunch and division of rooms, we will organize for a walk and go on a short route, a small tasting through which we will understand where we have come... The route follows a beautiful forest path, a calm trail that runs on a line of elevation and moderate surf in a fairytale forest, up to an impressive canyon with flowing water. We will finish the walk in a beautiful restaurant on the shore of a small lake, toast the success of the holiday and pop back to our hotel, to have enough time in the spa, hot sauna and relaxation before dinner in the restaurant.

Day 2: After A. A delicious morning at the hotel, we will jump to the beginning of the “7 Ladders” route. The trek turns on the forest thickener, a route that runs through a canyonal ravine, flowing water, and combines climbing ladders and wooden sidewalks fixed on the canyon walls. After crossing the amazing ravine we will continue to climb to a beautiful summit at an altitude of 1700 m. Sit down for coffee and a picnic break at a small climbers' hut located at the top of the summit. We will descend towards the town of Timesio on a route that crosses the forest along the length of the ridge. At the end of the day we will stop for a cold beer and proceed to a treat at the spa, before dinner.

Day 3: Ahead of us is a long and fascinating day that starts at 1800 m and crosses the high ridge in the Carpathians. On a clear day we will get one of the most beautiful sightings there is. From the lookout we climb a moderate path, out stunning alpine scenery, up to a mountain pass, to one of the fascinating viewpoints that you will visit. We will continue along the ridge line at the foot of an impressive cliff, up to the side of a classic mountain pass, after which a long and beautiful descent awaits us, on an ancient shepherd's path that descends into the wide Bran valley on the other side of the ridge. We will end the day at a local pub and rise to life after a long and amazing day.

Day 4: We will start the day by leaving the ski town of Poiana on a beautiful route out through the forest. The route is mostly in a long downward trend, with a number of calm climbs and drifts to the top of Mount Tempe, from where we will have one of the most impressive views of the city of Brasov, to which we will descend an ancient path to the pedestrian street in the center of the old town. Wander the alleys and relax in one of the bright cafes on the lively pedestrian street. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: After breakfast we will jump to the beginning of the route in the Prachova Valley. The route crosses the forest at an altitude of up to 1500 meters and ends near our hotel. We will finish one last time at the spa, rest and packing and head towards the airport. Before the field we will stop for lunch in an excellent Romanian restaurant and continue to the airport.

The cost of the trip

Cost of the trip: €1,290 + flight

The price includes:
· Accommodation in a hotel of the first tourist class (4*) with a luxurious spa complex.
· Full economy from noon of the first to the last day — a. Morning at the hotel, sandwiches for the move of the day and a. Evening in the hotel restaurant or in an outdoor restaurant. A graduation meal at a restaurant on the way to the airport on the last day.

Notes:
· The route of the trip may change due to weather conditions, instructions from local authorities, technical faults or the decision of the guide on the ground in favor of the group members and the conduct of the trip.
· Accommodation is in double rooms.

3. General conditions

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:
The cost of the trip will be paid at the registration status. It is possible to divide up to 3 installments.
In case of cancellation of participation in the notification of 21 days before departure - full refund excluding registration fee in the amount of NIS 200 (on a multi-day trip).
At least 14 days' notice prior to departure, 50% cancellation fee. At least 7 days before departure, 75% cancellation fee. In case of notification less than a week days before departure - full cancellation fee. Notification of cancellation of participation must be delivered in writing, in WhatsApp or by e-mail.

‍Insurance and liability:
‍Registration for a trip to the country, constitutes a signature of release from liability for bodily and property damage. The participant declares that he is aware that this is a trip that involves extreme activities also defined as extreme/extreme sports; trekking, cycling, cliff surfing and climbing. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:Upon registration, an advance of 30% of the trip cost will be paid. The balance is possible in installments provided that the amount is repaid in full up to 7 days before departure on the trip. The payment in shekels will be charged at the cash rate of sale of the Bank of Hapoim.
