Prevent hernia! We leave for three days in one of the most beautiful areas of Israel, in the southern Negev. The route passes and enters the varied paths on the territory of the park and outside it, through the ancient mines, arches, rock mushrooms, the pillars of Solomon, the top of Mount Tamna and the spectacular observation deck and much more. Part of the route meets the Israel Trail, some of it is the hidden trails at the foot of Mount Brach. Accommodation and accommodation in the Glamping Complex of Kibbutz Elifaz, comfortable tasty, delicious and pastoral.
Day 1: Going out to Tamina
We'll meet in the late morning, at the entrance to Tamna Park. Near the visitor center we will sit for coffee, herbal tea and light refreshments. The place has a neat toilet and a convenient place to organize for the start of a walk. We will leave the visitor center by walking on the Israel Trail. The trail climbs moderately through a diagonal stream and reaches its peak at the summit of Mount Tamna, 450 meters above sea level - for a coffee break and an amazing view! After resting, we will go down the path that goes south to Lake Tamna, where Nalon. Approximately 7 km, 4 hours walk. A short drive to the accommodation, showers and dinner.
Day 2: From the mushroom, to the path of canyons and arches
After breakfast. We will embark on a short bounce of about 10 minutes drive to the start of our route in the Mushroom car park. Before us is a spectacular day, departing from the mushroom, passing through red sandstone, into black soil, crossing a wide stream with acacia trees in the shade of a rest, entering the spectacular canyons, reaching the special arches, some beautiful ladders and passages and ending with a walk in a beautiful stream gorge. Approximately 13 km.
Day 3: Miners' Caves and the Arches Area
Reporter: Good morning. After breakfast and making the sandwiches on the way, we will leave the accommodation and walk along a comfortable path of about 2 km then we will start climbing up the Vadi. We will climb on special granite boulders for a beautiful summit, with an impressive observation deck. From the summit we will descend a beautiful, nameless beech, with rocks of different colors, through which we will climb to the top of Solomon's pillars. Up at the summit a coffee break right at the navel of the Prevent hernia. Continue on a red sandstone path, leaving to different corners of the ridge, each time a different observation and ending down to the bottom of the valley and back to the lake, where we will finish. Approximately 9 km.
