Freelance Trek! The route travels between the mountain huts at the foot of the Monte Rosa range. The full route is a 7-day course that combines hiking on mountain paths, crossing three spectacular valleys and high mountain passes, with accommodation in 6 different cabins. An opportunity for a trip that will reveal the wonders of the Italian Alps, the foot of the Matterhorn and the Monte Rosa ridge. The route skips perfectly from chalet to chalet, where we will also get warm hospitality, local wine and excellent food. You can have a shortened program for 4 or 3 days of walking.

‍ You can leave from June to mid-September, depending on the period of activity in the huts.

The Monte Rosa, the highest ridge in the Alps. Our cabin trek passes at the foot of the Monte Rosa glacier, crossing 3 deep valleys that are part of the Aosta Valley, the beautiful little province in northern Italy. THE TREK IS A FASCINATING JOURNEY THAT COMBINES BREATHTAKING LANDSCAPES, A PHYSICAL CHALLENGE AND LOCAL ACCOMMODATION IN CABINS. The Aosta Valley in general offers a special mix of rich alpine culture, picturesque villages, and impressive architecture.

The trekking routes at the foot of Monte Rosa are varied and numerous, making it possible to adjust the level of difficulty to the abilities of each hiker. You can choose between relatively short itineraries of several days, 3 or 4 days, and the full, 7-day itinerary (6 nights in cabins).

The landscapes in Terek are amazing; snow-capped peaks, glacial till, quiet alpine lakes, green forests and verdant slopes, creating a picturesque and unforgettable setting.

Accommodation in Trek is carried out in traditional alpine chalets and tourist hotels. The cabins offer a warm and cozy atmosphere with local food.

Trekking huts in the Alps is a physical challenge that requires good physical fitness and appropriate preparation. The route includes ups and downs, mountain passes and walking on narrow trails. It is important to stock up on suitable equipment and from us you will receive an orderly list of equipment.

The length of the full route, 7 days of walking, is approximately 70 km, with over 5000 meters of incremental climbing. As mentioned above, you can choose to walk only part of the 3 or 4 day route.

The recommended period for trekking is, of course, summer, from mid-June to mid-September, when the weather is favorable, the trails are clean and the mountain passes are accessible.

We will arrange for you the accommodation and food in the cabins, provide you with maps and files for navigating the route. We will give you a complete list of equipment and advice, including answering any questions you may have, before and during the trip... And a small gift that will also serve you on future trips.

The cost of the trip:

€790 per participant of the full course, 7 days, 6 nights

490 euros per participant of a 4-day, 3-night itinerary

The price includes:
· Consultation and planning, for the adjustment of the route. Part of the route can be cut out and carried out only 4, or 7 days of walking (3 or 6 nights).
· Construction of the route in accordance with walking abilities, and coordination of accommodation in cabins (it is possible to book private rooms).
· Accommodation in cabins, including economy on a half-board basis - breakfast and dinner in cabins (sandwiches can be ordered on the way).
· Beautiful and useful gift for trekking and subsequent trips - a hiking towel and a liner for sleeping.
· Can be paid by bank transfer or credit card, 3 installments without interest.

The price does not include:
· Flight .We will assist in choosing the right flight.
· Shuttle. We can assist in organizing an orderly transfer from the field and back, for any number of people.
· EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT IN THE “PRICE INCLUDES” SECTION.

Notes:
· Departure dates of your choice, depending on the period of activity in the cabins, from mid-June to mid-September.
· There are convenient El Al flights, arriving in the morning and returning in the evening for maximum use of the days. You can start walking on the first day of arrival.
· Go with a small day bag. An ordered list of equipment will be provided to registrants. Equipment bouncing can be ordered along the route.
· Accommodation in common rooms. If possible, private rooms can be reserved for an additional fee.
