ENDLESS SINGLES SURFING IN A TANGLED JUNGLE ON A DOWNTREND, OF COURSE, AT THE CLOSE A JEEP WILL BE WAITING FOR US, BOUNCING US TO ANOTHER SECTION OF THE FOREST, PACKED WITH ADRENALINE AND EXPERIENTIAL AND SO A FEW MORE BOUNCES AS WE HOLD ON. This day beckons us with one of the best Induro rides in the valley. Accommodation in a charming hotel in the Kathmandu reserve.
Day 3: Poquera Mon Amour
After A. Early in the morning we will depart from Kathmandu on an internal flight to Pokhara, a calm town perched on the edge of a lake at an altitude of 800 m above the daytime surface. On a flight that takes about half an hour, in a small plane (18 places) we will get an amazing view of the Himalayan range and the highest peaks of the world. After landing a short bounce to the hotel, where we will organize for a ride and go out into the forest above Pocra. A short, thick climb to the Temple of Peace, for site visit and observation, and from there a stunning descent in a long, flowing and surprising single up to a wooden bridge suspended over a river and further to the lakeside. Accommodation in Pocra, in a hotel located on the shore of a beautiful lake.
DAY 4: MUSTANG, AIRBORNE BOUNCE
Early in the morning we will take a spectacular flight from Pokra to Jumsum, a small village located at an altitude of 2700 m, in the special Mustang area. Against the background of the sunrise that will just rise, the peaks of the Annapurna and the impressive peak of the 'Tail of the Dj, sacred to the locals, are revealed to us. A short and experiential flight with peaks closing in on us, on the left of the Annapuranas and on the right Dhaulgiri, a magnificent view of over 7000 and 8000 m snowy and impressive. At the end of the short flight, we find ourselves in a completely different landscape from what we have met so far. A bare landscape of high desert, and a huge valley imprisoned among mighty mountains. An area with Tibetan population and small villages. After breakfast, we will start by riding a moderate path that climbs up the valley, along a vast and wide river, up to the village of Kagaveni, which also lies at an altitude of 2800 m. A relaxed day of acclimatization to altitude, ending with our gatehouse in Kagabani, a special little Buddhist village, suspended over an impressive valley.
Day 5: Climbing in the thin air
Amazing sunrise over the valley. The view from the roof of the Gestaus will make our morning. After breakfast, we will go riding, cross the small village and start a long and challenging day during which we will climb to the village of Muktinat, which lies at an altitude of 3700 m. An amazing day, advancing up a valley into the walls of the ridge, at the foot of the high pass of the Annapurna, where the village of Muktinath lies. At the end of the day we will pass through a magnificent temple, and spend the night in a beautiful gatehouse in Mokatinath.
Day 6: Descending to 4000 m
In the morning we will cross the main street (and the only...) Of the village, and we will connect to a single that will accompany us in the next few hours. An ancient trail connecting two villages, climbs to a mountain pass adjacent to 4000 m and crosses it. We stop to calm the soul in a saddle decorated with prayer flags, from which a crazy view is offered. From here, an equestrian section of life awaits us, an ancient path that surfs to the Lopera Valley, descends and twists like a snake, passes over the mighty canyon in the Lofra Valley and then glides down the valley on jeeps and singles that are part of the famous Annapurna Circuit, up to the village of Marfa, where Nalon.
Day 7: Hot Springs
Today only descents. 1600 m of altitude loss, jeep and singles roads, on a route that leaves the exposed section and goes below the forest line. Pine forests and cultivated areas. Move between crowded houses in the villages of Peksnoni, up to the village of Tatupani, which means hot water. A small and lively village, Gemstone attracts tourists, mainly because of the attraction of the hot springs, which we also enjoy — a real treat. Accommodation in Tatupani.
Day 8: Nirvana in Pokra
From Tatupani we will continue the surf down the valley until the village of Beni. Riding all the way passes by the bank of the flowing river, when on the way we cross waterfalls and gorges that join the main river. The village of Beni is the last point where asphalt reaches, and from here we will jump by bus into the hills above Pokra, at an altitude of 1500 m. We unload the bike and take a ride down the hill from the surfer to the edge of the lake, at an altitude of 800 m. Accommodation in a lakeside hotel in Fuchera.
